• Thu, 18:04: I've slept three hours. I have 6k to publish later today if my betas don't tear it completely apart. Gonna watch Black Mass with hubs now.
• Thu, 18:51: Got my tickets. Will be out close to 9:15. Seeing this in one of my new favorite theaters in NYC. 👌🏼 Have any of you seen it yet? Am I 1st?
• Thu, 21:45: Black Mass: a competently done film. Not as good as similar films like the Departed but a couple great scenes, and no big missteps. Depp👌🏼👍🏼
• Thu, 21:46: I wasn't bothered by Ben's accent much except in one scene which could've been ironically ADR'ed really easily (or was and done badly).
• Thu, 22:04: The scenes of violence were not unwatchable by any means. There's some on screen strangulation. Much is off screen.
